The 2026/27 BAFTA short film program features a selection of nominated live-action and animated shorts, as well as the winners in each category from the 2026 BAFTA Awards.
Collectively, this collection offers a magnificent showcase of the most talented emerging filmmakers currently working in the UK. Representing the country’s diverse nations and regions while exploring a wide range of perspectives and identities, the films span everything from intimate, personal essays to ambitious, large-scale entertainment.
