Synopsis: ‘Thousands of refugees, mostly children, were abandoned for months between the train tracks of Idomeni Station when Europe closed the border between Greece and Macedonia. A willing homage to the refugees’ bravery, especially women’s, since many of them traveled alone, with their sons, being pregnant and exposed to the dangers of a long journey. At the same time, it shows some recognition for a courageous, caring and generous labour done by hundreds of ‘volunteers’ who dedicated their life for some time to help in the drama lived at Idomeni’s border.’
